Red Wine Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp cocoa drinking chocolate (recommended: Paul & Mike)
• 2/3 cup red wine
• 1 cup ALT CO. oat milk
• 2 tbsp sweetner (optional)
• 1 pinch salt
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

• Combine the cocoa drinking chocolate, wine, Alt Co. oat milk and sweetner (if using), in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
• Stir until the mixture is mixed well and is hot.
• Remove from heat & stir in the vanilla & salt. Pour into mugs and serve
