Blueberry Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients
- 100g blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 small frozen bananas
- 1 small avocado
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup of ALT CO. oat milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender, starting with the frozen fruits and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately
